Please note: Rehearsals are closed .
Parents' Hospitality Area is located at The Word Church, just steps away next door from Change Church. While students are in rehearsal, parents are welcome to relax, grab some items form the thrift room , hear announcements, purchase or pick up T-shirts, make a donation and fellowship.
Snacks for students will be available at The Word Church after each rehearsal.
Once rehearsal concludes, simply walk over and grab your snacks!
September 6
Thank you for serving with us! As we prepare for Sept 6, please remember that Pure N Heart will always yield to the Wellness Arena staff and their procedures. They are managing a high volume of guests, vendors, artists, and volunteers, and we want to be known for our professionalism, patience, and respect.
All volunteers must check in with Adrianne Mallory for credentials.
Time TBD = Volunteer huddle and get credentials from Adrianne & Alexias
Volunteers that are late will be asked to go to a volunteering holding area..
Prepare to park in the parking garage or available free parking spots nearby
Team members and volunteers not on list will not receive a wristband and will have to purchase a ticket to enter arena.

Section Leaders in 103 only & 104
Volunteers with kids will need to take their kids to the volunteer kids section before assisting with check in
Remember parents must have their tickets ready to enter with their child
PNH members that are registrerd will receive wristband and be directed to section 103
Parents with tickets will take their asigned seat after Arena staff scans their tickets
After PNH performs at 5pm students are released to their parents in section 104
Snacks may be provided or discount fouud vouchers may be available for purchase
